An online challenge is a way for participants in many different locations to come together to create an online community and achieve a goal together - in this case it is to create a habit of waking up at 5 am in the morning.

You will receive an e-mail you the unique joining link one day before the challenge begins.

We will be having the workshops at 5 am in three time zones. Indian Standard Time (IST), Pacific Standard Time (PST) and London, UK Time (GMT +1). We request you to register and join only if it is possible for you to join the sessions in any of the time zones.

We will meet on Zoom everyday. You will not need to switch on your camera or mic. However, you can chat with us using the chatbox during the session.

The charges for this workshop are 590 rupees (500 rupees + GST).

Yes, you can join using your phone. However, it is advisable to join using a laptop for the best learning experience.

No, the speaker will be talking in Hindi, however the slides will be in English. Please join if you understand hindi since it is a predominant hindi workshop.

About the Host

Rajat Jadon is a passionate young man from Delhi. He is also a videographer and video editor at Satvic Movement. He began his journey 5 years ago by experimenting with food photography by helping his mother with her YouTube channel. His increased interest in this work inspired him to join Satvic Movement to enhance and utilise his skills to spread the knowledge of health to millions of people throughout the world and ever since then, he has whole-heartedly dedicated himself to creating a Satvic World.

Till date, he has conducted two successful 5 AM challenges having over 5,000 participants in total, all of whom have now become a part of the beautiful Satvic community. All of this changed with the 21 day yoga challenge. I can't believe that within 21 days I was able to practice bakasana (crow pose). Not just that, I can now do a headstand also (almost perfectly) and this is a dream come true for me.The yoga challenge brought out my spiritual side that I had no idea about. I realised how attracted I had been to the materialistic world. Over the 21 days, I learnt that this body is temporary but the soul is permanent. This helped me think wisely and more calmly than before. I learnt how to detach myself from all the ego, anger and fear within me. Earlier my sleep cycle was very disturbed, and now I am able to wake up early in the morning without an alarm. Waking up early has given me so much more time for myself, I'm able to achieve many many things now. Somewhere in the journey, I have also developed respect for all creatures in nature.

As soon as I understood what each sip of coffee was doing to my body, (which was the temple of the parmatma inside me), I decided to stop consuming it. That was the turning point for me.
